-Please be aware that all orders are processed within 3 business days (NOT Including weekends,sales or holidays).

-Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

-All orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

 Bahiti.co is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order’s delivery date. 

Bahitico. Is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. All domestic shipping has $100.00 insurance Through UPS.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched via UPS/USPS which will contain your UPS/USPS tracking Number. Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take UPS up to 24 business hours to provide tracking updates once it has been emailed to you. If you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at your local UPS office until you request a redelivery or pick it up yourself.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

I NO LONGER WANT MY ITEM. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND? 

-No , we do not offer refunds. Note that all sales on all items are FINAL and will NOT be eligible for an Exchange or a Return.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

-No we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once  an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELED?

-Bahiti.co our items sometimes sell out very quickly due to a high demand or occasions when an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable.

If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out

 of stock item. 

-in other cases, if the billing information and shipping address cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.

CAN I MODIFY MY ADDRESS AFTER IT HAS BEEN VALIDATED?

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

- Bahiti.co,certain items will be restocked if the manufacturer happens to remake the style over again. We have a restock notification link on all product pages via bahitivip.com. We recommend signing up to receive an email if the item comes back available in your size. If the product is no longer showing online it will no longer be restocking.
